The 3 camera settings that comprise the Exposure Triangle are aperture, shutter speed, & iso.
On the back monitor of our Nikon D3400 cameras, the aperture setting is displayed by aperture circle (1st, 2nd or 3rd from the left). Apertures (from smallest openings to largest openings) are typically numbers f10 , f9, f7.1, f6.3, f5.6, f5, f4.5. f4. f3.8
The shutter speed settings are shown on the first circle on the back monitor. Expressed as fraction of a second, the highest shutter speed on our cameras are 1/4000 seconds and the longest shutter speed is 30 seconds.
The third setting iso controls the camera’s sensitivity to light. This setting goes from 100 to 25600 (max) on our cameras.
To set the ISO on our cameras, we hold down the FN button an rotate the command dial Set the iso to 400. Then set the aperture to f5.6, by holding down the #4 button on the top of the camera and rotating the Command dial.

I captured this photo of a water stream and the setting are
f/5.6, ISO 400, shutter speed 1,400

This photo of the dinosaur spinning settings are f/16, ISO 400, shutter speed 1/80
